We Offer a Uniquely Professional Approach to Parole Representation That is More Individualized and Thorough Than Other Attorneys Who Practice in This Area.

Here is a brief list of actions the parolee should follow if he is picked up on a blue warrant/parole violation allegation:

Do

  • Be respectful
  • Confirm your identity to the arresting officer
  • Call your parole attorney right away
  • Plan to turn yourself in (after talking to your parole attorney) if you become aware that a blue warrant has been issued for you

Don’t

  • Run or hide, or attempt to run or hide
  • Resist, or give the arresting officer any reason to sense or suspect that you are resisting arrest
  • Answer any questions beyond confirming your identity; anything you say can and may be used against you
  • Panic, there is a revocation process that must be followed by law, so there is hope
  • Try to go it alone without a parole attorney
